A new house build for a young family - the clients wanted a very low maintenance backyard. A smaller, custom 22' x 11' swimming pool suits the space, with full steps and a bench seat under the water spillways for many places to sit and cool off.  The sound of water helps to create privacy through noise diffusion.  Areas for outdoor cooking, dining, sunbathing and lounging are all accounted for with good spatial planning.
